Roy Christensen

Owner/Audiologist

Roy Christensen came to Lincoln in December of 1997 to start his own practice specializing in hearing aids. The office was in the Professional Office Building at Bryan West Hospital. After five years he moved to the St. Elizabeth complex as part of ENT Nebraska. Five years after that he moved to start his solo practice as Christensen Audiology and Hearing Aid Center at 7700 A Street. In April of 2018 he relocated to 6140 Village Drive in Williamsburg and rebranded the practice as Christensen Hearing Analytics.

Ramiel Christensen

Ramiel is a co-owner of Christensen Hearing Analytics with her husband, Roy. She is one of the friendly voices that answers the phone and greets patients.

Ramiel is a gifted singer and pianist. She is our star and performer at retirement communities.

Ramiel has a creative side and is an expert in hand quilting and sewing. She regularly has a project that she is working on, so come and chat about her current creation!

Alyssa Christensen

Office Manager

Alyssa Christensen is the Office Manager at Christensen Hearing Analytics, where she keeps operations organized, projects moving forward, and occasionally saves the day. She is also Roy’s daughter-in-law and enjoys being part of a family-run business. Outside of work, Alyssa spends time with her husband, Ander (also known as the Saucy Nugs guy), and their recently adopted son, who keeps life entertaining. She enjoys foraging, learning about native plants, spending time with animals, and admiring taxidermy—because nature is fascinating and a little weird. Whether exploring outdoors or at home with her family, Alyssa brings curiosity and care into everything she does.

Chris Swancara

Front Desk Receptionist

Chris is a Front Desk Receptionist at Christensen Hearing Analytics, where he answers phones, schedules patient appointments, and submits hearing aid orders and repair requests. He has known Roy for over 20 years, first meeting while playing miniature war games at Gauntlet Games, and reconnecting after returning home from a brief stay in Houston, Texas. Chris spent the last decade working in museums, including the Strategic Air Command and Aerospace Museum in Ashland, and holds a Master’s degree in Museum Studies. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, watching true crime documentaries, and researching the history of the Ground Observer Corps aircraft spotters in Nebraska.
